Edit the result directly
Users can edit text, images, shapes, and charts themselves or ask ChatGPT to change them. Collaborators can work on the same deck in real time and leave shared comments, making refinement possible after the initial generated draft.
Start and deliver
Ask ChatGPT Work to create a presentation in Space. Rollout covers eligible Pro, Business, and Enterprise users with Space on web and desktop. Web exports include PowerPoint, PDF, and Google Slides. On desktop, decks can open in installed PowerPoint or Keynote.
Verify before presenting
For a status deck, fix the reporting period and metric definitions before collaborative edits. Check figures, source references, chart labels, fonts, and page breaks in the delivered format. An export option does not guarantee every style or animation will behave identically in another application.
